Let me take this opportunity to thank you for serving as your District Secretary for Rotary year 2011-2012.

The RI Theme of Reach Within to Embrace Humanity will continue to inspire all Rotarians in District 3850 in their quest for Service Through Peace, which will be the RY 2012-2013 theme.

My term as District Secretary of D3850 ends, but my advocacy to serve Rotary International, the District, the Rotary Club of La Paz, and the community, will always be there. To DG Melvin, thank you for allowing me to serve the District and your governorship.
