As we start a new Rotary year with Gov. Melvin “Mel” dela Serna, may I remind you of the following important dates for:

• Semi-Annual Report (SAR) on membership will be due on July 1,2011 and January 1, 2012. Refer to your organizational and Administrative Handbook for more detailed information.

• Deadline for Monthly Attendance Report (MAR) for July is August 5, 2011 for the GML Publication while deadline for the revised MAR together with make-up attendance from August 6-14, 2011 will be on August 15, 2011.

• Please submit your club bulletin every first week of the following month to me and to PP Sammy T. Pormilos, Buenavista Cable TV. Funda Dalipe, San Jose, Antique, District Chair for Club Bulletin.
