FELICIDADES!

As we  all embark on our journey to achieve the marching orders of our RI President and our District Governor, please accept my sincerest felicitation to the newly inducted Global Officers of D3850 particularly the Club Presidents and Secretaries.

Kindly be reminded of the following reports that need to be filed with the District for submission to Rotary International, to wit:

1. Monthly Attendance Report (MAR)
   The MAR should be submitted to the District Secretary via text message, fax or email not later than the 5th day of the following month using this format:
   
   SMS/Text Format:  Total Club Membership (space) Club Name (space) Number of meetings (space) Month (space) Average Attendance Percentage Rate for the Month (space) Club Secretary.
   Example:  50 Zamboanga West 4 July 85% JR Ortega.
   
   
2. Semi-Annual Report (SAR)
   The deadline for the submission of the SAR is on July 1, 2010 and January 1, 2011.  Kindly refer to the Organizational and Administration Handbook for details.
   
   
3. Club Bulletin
   Please submit your club bulletin not later than the first week of the following month.
