"DOWN UNDER BREAKFAST"

IN BIRMINGHAM

RI Director John Lawrence invites all Rotarians, Friends and Partners to attend the R I Zones 7 & 8 “Down Under Breakfast” in Birmingham, UK, to celebrate the 100th Rotary International Convention.

This unique breakfast will promote attendance at the Rotary Institutes for Zone 8 to be held on 13th to 15th of November, 2009 in Newcastle, NSW and Zone 7B to be held on 20th to 22nd of November, 2009 in Bay of Islands, Waitangi, NZ.

The Breakfast is being held on Sunday 21 June, 2009, at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel, at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham, commencing 6:45am for 7:15am, to finish by 9.00am.

Trains leave from New Street Station in the city centre every 10 minutes travelling directly to the NEC Convention Centre and the journey takes 10 minutes. The Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Airport/NEC Railway Station.

Parking is available at the NEC.

Cost for the breakfast is 20 UK Pounds, payable on the day, however prior bookings are required, as numbers are limited.

This will be a fun event, a chance to catch up with friends before the Convention begins.
